A TikTok creator has gone viral after posting about the surprising aftermath of his hair transplant, humorously claiming the swelling makes him look like \u201can alien.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kanah Flex, a dancer and artist, shared his experience with the cosmetic procedure on TikTok, where his candid and lighthearted take quickly drew attention. He made it clear from the start that he didn\u2019t travel abroad for the surgery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kanah explained that his day at the clinic began with an early consultation around 8:30 a.m. After signing a waiver and speaking with the surgeon, the plan was set to focus on the crown of his head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMy hairline was actually fine,\u201d he explained. \u201cIt was mainly the crown area and donor site that needed attention.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI had 4,000 grafts done, which equals about 8,000 hairs implanted,\u201d Kanah noted, adding that adjusting his hairline would have required even more grafts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before the procedure began, multiple anesthetic injections were administered to numb his scalp. \u201cI could feel my head swelling, almost like a balloon. Eventually, I couldn\u2019t feel anything,\u201d he recalled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Dr. Emrah Cinik, a renowned hair transplant specialist in Turkey, swelling is a common reaction and typically not a cause for alarm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDr. Cinik\u2019s website explains that surgical procedures, including hair transplants, can result in tissue damage that triggers inflammation, leading to fluid buildup and swelling that may even spread to the face.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
