Kai Trump, 17, granddaughter of Donald Trump and daughter of Donald Trump Jr., shares a close and playful bond with her grandfather. He sneaks her candy and soda, supports her golf dreams, and takes their matches seriously — never letting her win easily.

Kai, born in New York in 2007, now lives in Florida and has mostly stayed out of the spotlight — until recently. In 2024, she gave her first public speech at the Republican National Convention, calling her grandfather “caring and loving,” and praising his support, including showing off her report card when she made the honor roll.

After Trump was shot, Kai described their emotional reunion at the convention as a moment she’ll never forget.

An accomplished golfer, Kai recently won the ladies’ club championship at Trump’s West Palm Beach course and committed to play for the University of Miami’s women’s golf team.

Despite growing up in the Trump spotlight, Kai remains grounded and private. While she doesn’t plan to enter politics now, her future is full of promise — both on and off the golf course.
