Megan Fox sent her millions of fans into a frenzy this week after posting a second round of sizzling photos on Instagram, showing the “Transformers” star in a barely-there ensemble that had followers buzzing.
Fox, 39, had largely stepped away from social media for about a year while welcoming her fourth child, Saga Blade Fox-Baker, with musician Machine Gun Kelly (MGK). In that hiatus, she even deleted her previous posts for her 20 million followers. Her return, however, was nothing if not dramatic—Fox posed on all fours wearing little more than boots in a photoshoot by Cibelle Levi, captioning it: “love was the most savage monster of all.”

The posts drew playful attention from her now-former fiancé MGK, who commented under the images: “Stoked we had a baby.” This exchange follows their split in late 2024, just weeks after revealing they were expecting a child together. The couple has remained tight-lipped about the breakup, though their social media interactions suggest they’re still in contact.
A week prior, Fox had teased her return with another provocative post, sporting a top, thong, and weed-themed stilettos, quickly racking up 6.7 million likes. MGK replied cleverly to that post as well, writing: “Stoked I have your phone number.”

Fox’s history in modeling and entertainment adds context to the photos. Starting at age 13, she won awards at the American Modeling and Talent Convention and began working as a catalog model at 14. She later became a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model and appeared on covers for Maxim, Rolling Stone, and FHM, earning a reputation as a Hollywood sex symbol—a label she has said added pressure and conflicted with her own identity.
Opening up on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Fox admitted she’s struggled with body dysmorphia since she was a child, often critiquing her appearance despite early success. She also emphasized her intelligence and humor, which she felt were overlooked in favor of her looks.

Fox and MGK first met on the set of the 2020 crime thriller Midnight in the Switchgrass. Their relationship quickly became public, including Fox appearing in MGK’s “Bloody Valentine” music video. They got engaged in 2022, incorporating a unique two-band ring into the proposal, and revealed rituals such as sharing small amounts of blood for symbolic purposes.

The pair endured a miscarriage in 2023 before welcoming Saga Blade Fox-Baker in March 2025. Sources tell PEOPLE the former couple remains focused on co-parenting, and some suggest a potential reconciliation isn’t off the table.
Fox’s Instagram comeback highlights her continued ability to captivate audiences, blending personal milestones, raw honesty, and her signature sultry aesthetic.
